About Us

We are a full service actuarial consulting firm providing valuation, recordkeeping and compliance services to all types of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. We have been in business since 1972. Northeast has a staff of over thirty employees including three actuaries. We are not licensed to sell investment products nor provide investment advisory services. Our plan services include defined benefit, ESOP, cash balance, profit sharing (including tiered allocation), money purchase, target benefit, 401(k) and 403(b)7 programs. Where required, we provide FAS 87, 88 and FAS 106 valuation services. We offer a complete 401(k) daily valuation service providing access to thousands of mutual funds on several trading platforms. We also provide a fully integrated self-directed brokerage accounts solution for a 401(k) Plan.
