Management Philosophy: I've been saying these words a lot lately to existing clients, prospective clients and relationship partners. The message, "big enough to do the job, small enough to care", seems to summarize Paycor's approach to growth and service. We've got the people, knowledge and client-oriented focus to allow us to provide payroll services with genuine concern and value. But, we also have created the systems and processes that enable us to handle the payroll needs of most companies, whether they have one employee or a thousand. Paycor now handles payroll for nearly 3,000 clients. We pay taxes in every state, including Alaska and Hawaii. To support this, we have 52 front line Specialists who are well trained in the payroll tax issues that affect our clients. What's more, all of our 160 Associates have a contagious desire to provide great service. From a growth perspective, Paycor is steadily expanding. So are the cities we serve. Paycor now has Account Managers in Cincinnati, Dayton, Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cleveland and Toledo, yet capitalizes on the efficiencies of processing from one location, our Cincinnati headquarters. While we want to expand and move into new markets, nothing takes us away from our primary goal of putting our clients first.
