American Pension Services, LLC (APS) is an independent third party retirement plan administration firm headquarted in Clearwater, Florida. APS works closely with members of the investment and consulting communities to assist them in their sales efforts in the retirement plan arena, with a particular emphasis on 401(k) and Age-Weighted and Cross-Tested profit-sharing plans for plans with 20 to 2,000 participants. APS also is a Associate Professional Member of NAPEO, as they provide plan compliance and administrative services to dozens of clients within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO or Employee Leasing) industry.
