Trusted Pension Administrators is a regionally based Third Party Administrator (TPA) to company sponsored qualified retirement plans. We provide compliance and consulting services to assist the Plan Sponsor (Employer) with its responsibilities under the provisions of the Plan, the Internal Revenue Code, and the legislative procedures of ERISA, GUST & EGTRRA. Our services work in conjunction with the Investment Professional and Retirement Product by advising and consulting on all operational aspects involved with this complex employee benefit.
