Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. (CPI) was incorporated in 1972 as a third party administrator for qualified employee retirement plans. Since that time, we have expanded our expertise to serve both qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans. We have been serving: profit sharing and money purchase plans since 1972; thrift plans since 1976; old comparability plans since 1979; 401(k) plans since 1980; cafeteria plans or flexible benefit plans since 1984; 403(b)(7) plans since 1991; age-weighted plans since 1990, nonqualified deferred compensation plans for executives since 1994; new comparability profit sharing plans since 1995; safe harbor 401(k) plans since their inception in 1999; and 457(b) plans beginning in 2001. CPI is one of the most experienced, as well as the largest employee-owned third party administration firm in the country. We have regional sales offices strategically located throughout the country and serve more than 3,000 clients. These services are delivered with equal commitment to quality assurance regardless of whether the plan has one employee or 10,000 employees.
