Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. (CPI) was incorporated in 1972 as a third party administrator for qualified employee retirement plans. Since that time, we have expanded our expertise to serve both qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans. We have been serving:
profit sharing and money purchase plans since 1972;
thrift plans since 1976;
old comparability plans since 1979;
401(k) plans since 1980;
cafeteria plans or flexible benefit plans since 1984;
403(b)(7) plans since 1991;
age-weighted plans since 1990,
nonqualified deferred compensation plans for executives since 1994;
new comparability profit sharing plans since 1995;
safe harbor 401(k) plans since their inception in 1999; and
