Established in Sioux City, Iowa in 1984, R.L. Billings & Co. specializes in the design and administration of qualified retirement plans. We are an independent, fee-based consulting firm that provides expertise in the retirement plan and related employee benefit areas. We currently administer over 400 retirement plans throughout a fifteen state area.
