Serving plan sponsors with up to 50 employees, either new or existing plans, we start by illuminating all elements of a plan's cost structure to evaluate whether or not the company is receiving value for what they are paying. Upon takeover or from establishment, we provide an ERISA compliance guarantee to the plan sponsor, along with ongoing employee education campaigns that are documented. Fee's are earned as a percentage of savings found by lowering existing plan's cost structures, or the sponsor chooses the best way for them to absorb costs.
