We are a three to four person TPA office who caters specifically to small and medium-sized companies who are interested in implementing an employee benefits plan to help their employees save for the future. We do it all - whether it's 401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, Defined Benefit, New Comparability, you name it. Our office is small enough so that we can give a personal touch and provide a lot of attention to detail, yet big enough to handle over 300 cases in this office alone! By the way, we also have offices in RI, FL, CT and NJ to serve your needs, but the NY office is the biggest producer yet (which makes us very proud). We can design a plan specifically to meet your needs and we do all the work, like finding the right plan, employee enrollments/meetings, fund choices, necessary government reporting--all ready for your signature--plus we'll even help you with plan terminations, document set-ups and audits too (we have our own in-house attorney and actuary too).
