We are a third party administration firm that specializes in the design, installation and administration of pension, profit sharing and 401(k)plans. Our services include recordkeeping for plans with "pooled" trust accounting. Our emphasis is on Plan compliance and we have many clients for which we provide administration while another entity provides daily participant recordkeeping.
