Alex R. DiMuro Pension Design & Administration started business in 1991 after the owner, Alex DiMuro, retired from the Air Force. Alex R. DiMuro, PDA specializes in the design and administration of New Comparability, Cross-tested Profit Sharing and 401(k) plans. SEP, SARSEP & SIMPLE IRA services are also adressed. Other services include: both qualified and non qualified plan document preparation, sole proprietor and partnership calculations, optimum key person targeted design initiatives, distribution planning, governmental & determination letter filings, representation of clients during audit and speaking engagements on pension related subjects. In addition to specialization in the 25 person and under business, our target market is that of providing CPA firms that are too small to have their own in-house pension specialist, with the professional sevice needed to keep their clients from moving their business to larger firms that do provide these services.
