Our mission is to build lasting relationships with our clients by helping them achieve retirement goals through tailored consulting and planning approaches. Our services range from plan design and consulting, drafting of plan documents, administration/compliance testing, preparation of governmental filings and audit assistance. We service 401(k), profit sharing, money purchase, defined benefit, cash balance, ERISA 403(b) and PEO/multiple employer plans. We work with many Investment Companies and Financial Advisors who focus on the investment and recordkeeping of your plan assets. We feel that that it is a good practice to engage a separate firm, such as FRC, to perform the administration and compliance testing services so that there is no conflict of interest. This ensures that each function is handled with the highest degree of expertise, which helps keep your plan running smoothly. We are devoted to maintaining superior technical knowledge amidst the legislative and regulatory changes which affect retirement benefits and pension policy. We are members of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and hold ASPPA designations. In addition, our Consultants are Enrolled Retirement Plan Agents (ERPAs) who are allowed to practice before the IRS as they have demonstrated special competence in retirement plan matters by passing a written examination and satisfy ongoing continuing education requirements.
